I am so proud to call Dan Bernard a friend of mine. He has been so supportive of this event for Housing Works and has given me incredible advice throughout the entire process. I came to him with my idea, and unlike many others, he didn't laugh or tell me it was impossible. He just told me he believed in what I was doing and was proud of me.
